In this course, I’ll explain and show you how you can fit the tasks needed to grow wheatgrass, sunflower and pea sprouts into your daily routine. I’ll also show you how you can prepare yourself so you have your juices, sprouts and salads with you every day when you walk out the door without getting stressed out about it. Even if you’re running around in the morning making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and trying to get your kids out the door, it is possible to make time to do this. Its important to take care of yourself and nourish your body now more than ever with all the demands on your time. Your energy levels will rise with green juices mid morning and mid afternoon which is great for helping you keep up your energy levels and be more productive at work without having to rely on coffee and sweets.
